Red Haven Code of Conduct

Official Server Rules Matrix

Enforced across all Red Haven server nodes. Every rule includes explicit allowed vs forbidden examples so there is zero ambiguity.

CORE

General Network Rules

Fundamental guidelines that apply across all Red Haven Rust servers and community channels.

Respect Staff & Administration

Penalty Tier: Warning / Slay

Staff decisions in tickets, reports, and ingame investigations are final. Disputing punishments must be done through formal web appeals, not spamming global chat.

ALLOWED EXAMPLE:

Submitting a polite Ban Appeal ticket with video proof and timestamp.

FORBIDDEN / BANNABLE:

Spamming Discord or global chat calling staff names or spreading false accusations.

No Advertising or Self-Promotion

Penalty Tier: Permanent Network Ban

Advertising other Rust servers, external trading shops, cheat providers, or Discord communities is strictly prohibited.

ALLOWED EXAMPLE:

Sharing your personal Twitch/YouTube stream link when playing on Red Haven.

FORBIDDEN / BANNABLE:

Posting Discord links to other server communities or selling in-game items for real money.

ZERO TOLERANCE

Cheating, Scripting & Unfair Advantage

Hardware, memory, and macro detection protocols enforced by Carbon telemetry.

Prohibition of Third-Party Cheats & Recoil Macros

Penalty Tier: Permanent Network Ban

Using aimbots, ESP/wallhacks, recoil compensation software, bloody mouse scripts, crosshair macros with automation, or memory injectors will result in an immediate hardware ban.

ALLOWED EXAMPLE:

Standard monitor hardware crosshairs or legitimate game configuration settings.

FORBIDDEN / BANNABLE:

Mouse firmware macros compensating for AK-47/MP5 recoil patterns or radar ESP.

Ban Evasion & Association with Cheaters

Penalty Tier: Permanent Network Ban

Playing on alt accounts to evade an active ban, or knowingly playing in a team/clan with a cheater to profit from raids, will result in shared permanent bans.

ALLOWED EXAMPLE:

Immediately reporting a suspicious teammate through the web /support system.

FORBIDDEN / BANNABLE:

Rejoining on a secondary Steam account after being banned, or raiding with a blatant ESP user.

SERVER SPECIFIC

Team Limits & Group Enforcement

Rules governing maximum party sizes, alliance restrictions, and member swaps.

Strict Max Group Limit (Vanilla+ and Trio 2x)

Penalty Tier: 24h - 7d Temp Ban

On team-capped servers (e.g. Max 3), under no circumstances may more than 3 players roam together, raid together, defend together, share resources, or be authorized on the same tool cupboard/code lock.

ALLOWED EXAMPLE:

Trading with a neighbor through a safe shopfront or drone marketplace.

FORBIDDEN / BANNABLE:

Roaming monuments as a 4+ man group, or having an allied neighbor counter-raid your enemies.

Authorized Player Swapping Procedure

Penalty Tier: 24h - 7d Temp Ban

If replacing a permanent team member, the leaving player must de-authorize from all Tool Cupboards, Code Locks, Auto-Turrets, and kill themselves. The replacement must wait 3 hours before entering the base.

ALLOWED EXAMPLE:

Logging out a friend who went on vacation, clearing all codes, and adding a new friend after the cooldown.

FORBIDDEN / BANNABLE:

Swapping players on and off during an active raid to circumvent group limits.

INTEGRITY

Exploiting & Glitches

Rules forbidding deliberate engine exploitation or mesh abuse.

No Glitching into Rock Formations or World Meshes

Penalty Tier: Permanent Network Ban

Building inside non-accessible rock meshes, underwater world borders, or using sleep-glitches to store loot inside unraidable colliders is forbidden.

ALLOWED EXAMPLE:

Building a standard cliffside bunker with legitimate roof mechanics.

FORBIDDEN / BANNABLE:

Placing sleeping bags inside mountain collision meshes or glitching loot boxes under the ocean floor.
